| 1 | I'm working with the Greater Mount Zion Church as a Sound Consultant. The purpose of my role is to understand the sound and video requirements from the Pastor and the church's Sound Technicians. In this role, I review sound and video proposals made by the sound designer. I assist the church in conducting in-depth research on proposed sound & video equipment by highlighting the pros and cons of each piece of equipment, by interviewing recent customers as well as references provided by the sound company, by comparing bids from the various sound designers and by ultimately helping the church to choose a sound designer who will best meet the church's sound/video requirements while remaining within the proposed budget. |

| 2 | Provided the use of my PA System to Mount Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, where I am a member, to use for the 2009 Vacation Bible School held June 8th-11th. The system Included Microphones, 16 Channel mixer, Effects Processor, Dual Graphic Equilizer, Ipod Player/Recorder, Amp, Speakers, and all cabling needed. |  |

Rich Sternberg Consulting recieved a call to ask if we could provide service or equipment for the Battle Avenue Showcase. Rich Sternberg agreed to donate the use of the 800 watt & 300 watt speakers. The event was held at a local venue with several Christian Artists. List of Performers Coming soon |
